Great for training for the President's Challenge or other fitness tests, this mat allows students to work in pairs to see how many curl-ups each student can complete in an allotted amount of time without abandoning proper form. Gym teachers and coaches can ensure that each student is in the correct position thanks to the screened-on lines that are marked on each end of the mat, making it easy to see where fingers should be placed while curling up and rolling back down.
