PKLBNET, 21’- 09” PICKLEBALL NET The PKLBNET pickleball net shall contain a headband consisting of 2” [50.8 mm] wide doublereinforced white vinyl-coated polyester with four rows of white polyester accu-stitching. The net body shall be constructed of high-density braided polyethylene twine forming a 1.5” [38.1 mm] mesh. The net shall feature extra heavy-duty black vinyl-coated polyester side and bottom tapes with two rows of stitching, black polyester thread. The net shall feature a headline with PVCcoated aircraft cable and side pockets with dowels. The overall length of the net, excluding cable, should be 21’-09” [6.63 m] and at least 32” [.81 m] tall when fully deployed for play.

PKLBPB, PKLBPG, PICKLEBALL POST SET, IN GROUND, 3” ROUND Post set shall consist of one winch post and one end post. Posts shall be made of heavy-duty 3” [76.2 mm] round tubular steel providing for increased strength and durability on the court. Overall height of each post to be 58” [1.47 m]. Both posts shall have integral, welded lacing bars, with the end post having “J” hooks integral at two heights to accommodate differing top cord lengths. The winch post is to have a premium brass, worm gear, winder and pulley for achieving proper tension on net top wire. The end post is to have a cast aluminum rope guide, to maintain center. Posts are to be polyester powder coated to protect the posts from environmental elements. A choice of either classic green (PKLBPG), or black (PKLBPB) color is available. Designed for sleeve mount or permanent installation.

PKLBCOVER, GROUND SLEEVE KIT, 3” PIPE Ground sleeve kit to consist of two 3.50” [88.9 mm] outside diameter Class 200 PVC Rigid pipe, and two 4” [101.6 mm] diameter steel cap plate weldments. Ground sleeve to have 23.5” [.597m] overall height with a steel threaded rod with nuts installed 1.34” [34.0 mm] from center of bolt to bottom of sleeve. Threaded rod to act as integral stop to maintain proper post height after installation. Cap plate weldment to be constructed steel with tubular steel centered and welded. Cap to be polyester powder coated black to protect surface. Open bottom construction of sleeve will facilitate drainage.
